The promotion period for the “X Pay New User Welcome Offer” runs from 1 July 2026 until all vouchers have been redeemed.
During the promotion period, eligible new X Pay users can scan the X Pay QR code displayed on designated promotional materials at participating merchants’ physical stores via the X Wallet App. Upon entering the transaction amount, users may apply a voucher or coupon code through the “Redeem” section under “Vouchers” before confirming payment.
Each coupon code is valid for redemption within its designated validity period only. Expired codes will be forfeited and will not be reissued.
Users who already hold an unused and valid coupon code are not eligible to claim an additional one.
Only one voucher or coupon code may be used per transaction. The minimum transaction amount required to use this voucher is HK$80. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers/coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. New users may manually enter coupon code “XPAY30” to redeem a voucher of equivalent value and enjoy the corresponding discount or offer.
Users must download the latest version of the X Wallet App in order to use any voucher or coupon code.
Any voucher or coupon code must be applied at the time of payment, and all information required by the X Pay platform must be provided.
Retrospective application of vouchers or coupon codes is not permitted.
Vouchers/coupon codes cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
If the order amount is less than the value of the voucher or coupon code, no refund, difference, or remaining balance will be returned.
Specific vouchers/coupon codes may be subject to additional terms and conditions (such as validity period, discount amount, and applicable products), which shall apply in addition to these terms and govern the use and redemption of such vouchers/coupon codes.
In accordance with our sales strategy, X Pay platform may exclude certain brands from being eligible for vouchers/coupon codes.
X Pay platform reserves the right to cancel or modify orders, or to void the use of vouchers/coupon codes, in the following circumstances: suspected or fraudulent use; misuse of vouchers/coupon codes, including redemption via multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; and/or malicious use of vouchers/coupon codes.
The resale, transfer, or sharing of vouchers/coupon codes is strictly prohibited.
X Wallet platform accepts no responsibility for any vouchers/coupon codes that are lost, stolen, or used by ineligible parties.
X Wallet reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice and without providing cash or in-kind compensation.
