- The promotion period of the “Yoho Promotion” event is valid from 1 Mar 2024 until redemption is complete.
- During the promotion period, X Pay users can scan the payment QR Code of eligible merchants through the X Wallet App mobile application to enter the transaction amount for payment. Before payment, they can enter the promo code in the “Redeem” section of “Voucher” to confirm the discounted amount.
- Each promo code can only be used within a limited redemption period, and it will be invalid if expired and not re-issued. Each user can only redeem the promotion once.
- X Wallet App New Users can enjoy HK$120 off upon HK$1,000 purchase with Yoho stores OR online store on their first X Pay purchase. Only one voucher or promo code can be used per transaction. The minimum transaction amount for using this promo code is HK$1,000. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers/promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. X Wallet new users will receive 2 x HK$40 vouchers automatically after their first X Pay transaction at the Yoho stores OR online store. The vouchers can be used for future purchases with a minimum spend of HK$1,000. Only one voucher can be used per X Pay order. Terms and conditions apply.
- “*New users” can obtain coupons through the following two methods:
- I. Users who successfully register as X Wallet users on or after March 1, 2024, and make their first payment using X Pay on or after that date will automatically receive system-distributed coupons.
- II. If users have registered an X Wallet account before the start date of the promotion but have not used X Pay, users can manually enter the coupon code “YOHOX120XPAY” to redeem an equivalent coupon and enjoy the corresponding discount or offer.
- Users must download the latest version of the X Wallet App mobile application to use the voucher/promo code.
- Any voucher/promo code must be applied at the time of payment, and all information required by the X Pay platform must be provided.
- Retrospective use of vouchers/promo codes is not allowed.
- Vouchers/promo codes cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cashed.
- If the order amount is less than the value of the voucher/promo code, no refund or remaining points will be returned.
- Specific terms and conditions may be set for certain vouchers/promo codes (e.g., validity period, discount amount, and products covered), and these terms will also govern the use and redemption of these vouchers/promo codes.
- According to our sales strategy, the X Pay platform may exclude individual brands from the vouchers/promo codes.
- The X Pay platform reserves the right to cancel or modify orders or cancel the use of vouchers/promo codes if they are used under the following circumstances:
- Suspicious or fraudulent use
- Voucher/promo code abuse, including using multiple accounts or voucher/promo code redemption related to the same customer or group of customers; and/or
- Malicious use of vouchers/promo codes
- Reselling, transferring, and sharing of vouchers/promo codes are strictly prohibited.
- The X Wallet platform is not responsible for any loss, theft, or ineligibility of vouchers/promo codes.
- X Wallet reserves the right to change these terms or cancel any promotional events at any time without prior notice or compensation in cash or kind.
