How to redeem the X Pay voucher

Open the X Wallet App and go to “X Pay” > “Vouchers”

Tap “Redeem” and enter the Voucher code shown above

The Voucher will be stored under “Vouchers” > “Use”

Terms and Conditions of《X Pay HK$30 Voucher》

1. The promotional period (“Promotion Period”) is from 1 January 2026 at 00:00 to 31 December 2026 at 23:59. During the Promotion Period, registered users of the X Wallet App may enjoy HK$30 instant discount upon spending HK$45 or above using X Pay at participating merchants.
2. This offer is available to registered users of the X Wallet App only.
3. The voucher is valid only at designated participating merchants’ physical stores or online shops. Please refer to the applicable scope shown on the voucher. Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
4. Each voucher can only be used within its redemption period. Expired vouchers will not be reissued. Users holding unused voucher codes that are still valid are not eligible to redeem the same offer again.
5. Only one voucher or voucher code may be used per transaction. The minimum transaction amount when using X Pay is HK$45. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers/voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
6. Users must download and use the latest version of the X Wallet App to redeem and use the voucher/voucher code.
7. Vouchers/voucher codes must be selected at the time of payment, and all information required by the X Pay platform must be provided.
8. Retroactive use of vouchers/voucher codes is not permitted.
9. Vouchers/voucher codes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. If the transaction amount is less than the value of the voucher/voucher code, no refund, credit, or remaining balance will be issued.
11. Additional terms and conditions (e.g. validity period, discount amount, eligible products) may apply to specific vouchers/voucher codes and shall govern their use and redemption together with these terms.
12. Based on sales and promotional strategies, the X Pay platform may exclude certain brands from voucher/voucher code usage.
13. X Pay reserves the right to cancel or amend any order, or revoke the use of vouchers/voucher codes, if any of the following is suspected:
    1. Suspicious or fraudulent use
    2. Abuse of vouchers/voucher codes, including redemption via multiple accounts or multiple checkouts linked to the same customer or group of customers; and/or
    3. Malicious use of vouchers/voucher codes
14. Resale, transfer, or sharing of vouchers/voucher codes is strictly prohibited.
15. X Wallet shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or ineligible vouchers/voucher codes.
16. X Wallet reserves the right to amend these terms or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice or compensation in cash or kind.

X Cash.AI Loan Reward – Supplementary Terms and Conditions

1. The loan reward is applicable only during the Promotion Period and is available to new customers who successfully apply for an X Cash.AI loan for the first time and enter a valid referral code in the “Referral Code” field at the time of application.

2. Disbursement of the loan reward is subject to additional eligibility assessment. Customers must complete the application during the Promotion Period and obtain final loan approval. If the application is ultimately rejected, or if the customer cancels the loan account before the reward is issued, eligibility for the reward will be forfeited.

3. Each promo code may be used once only per X Cash.AI loan application. This reward cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers for loan products within the X Wallet App.
