X Pay “ZALORA Limited-Time Offer” Terms and Conditions

1. The “ZALORA Limited-Time Offer” promotion runs from June 17, 2025, until all coupons are fully redeemed.
2. During the promotion period, eligible X Pay new users can enter the specified promo code at checkout on ZALORA’s online store to enjoy the discount. Coupons must be used within the redemption period; expired coupons will not be reissued. Users with unused, valid coupons cannot redeem additional ones.
3. New User Definition and Coupon Acquisition:
   • Users who successfully register as X Wallet users on or after June 17, 2025, and make their first X Pay payment on ZALORA.
   • Each promo code is valid only within the redemption period; expired codes will not be reissued, and users with valid, unused codes cannot claim duplicates.
4. New X Wallet users spending HK$400 or more on ZALORA’s online store receive HK$25 off; spending HK$500 or more receive HK$50 off. The offer is exclusive to Zalora’s platform and does not apply to other merchants or unspecified promotions. Only one promo code can be used per transaction. Unless otherwise stated, coupons/promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Each X Pay order can use only one promo code. Subject to terms and conditions.
5. Users must download the latest version of the X Wallet App to use coupons/promo codes.
6. Coupons/promo codes must be specified at the time of payment, along with all required information as per the X Pay platform.
7. Retroactive use of coupons/promo codes is not allowed.
8. Coupons/promo codes are non-refunded, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.
9. If an order’s value is less than the coupon/promo code value, no refund or remaining credit will be issued.
10. Additional terms and conditions (e.g., validity period, discount amount, and applicable products) may apply to specific coupons/promo codes, governing their use and redemption.
11. Per our sales strategy, the X Pay platform may exclude specific brands from coupons/promo codes.
12. The X Pay platform reserves the right to cancel or modify orders or revoke coupon/promo code usage in cases of:
    • Suspicious or fraudulent use
    • Coupon/promo code abuse, including use with multiple accounts or multiple checkouts linked to the same customer or group
    • Malicious use of coupons/promo codes
13. Resale, transfer, or sharing of coupons/promo codes is strictly prohibited.
14. X Wallet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or ineligible coupons/promo codes.
15. X Wallet reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice or compensation in cash or kind.
